Operations Manager

Insight Global is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven candidate for a one-year, intensive leadership development program within the fire suppression industry, offering a direct path to becoming President and part-owner of a new fire suppression supply and fabrication business in Houston. This role is designed for a high-potential individual to gain hands‑on experience in fire suppression systems, distribution, and fabrication operations, while developing the sales, operational, and leadership skills needed to launch and grow a new market. This is not a traditional entry-level or corporate role. This position is designed for someone who wants to build, grow, and run their own business. During the first year, the candidate will train hands‑on across established fire suppression operations, gaining experience in inside/outside sales, customer development, warehouse operations, fabrication, purchasing, and overall business operations. A major focus of the role is driving revenue, building client relationships, and growing a book of business. Upon successful completion of the program and equity investment, the individual will launch and lead their own location with full P&L ownership, backed by national support.
