Agency Operations Manager Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agency Operations Manager to lead and optimize operational processes. Compensation Package Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000 Competitive benefits package, including health insurance Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of account managers, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and best practices. Drive the automation of the renewal process to improve efficiency and accuracy. Oversee the implementation of an insured portal to enhance client experience and accessibility. Standardize insurance proposal formats to ensure consistency and professionalism. Develop and execute strategies to improve the agency’s social media presence and digital footprint. Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement process improvements across the organization. Monitor and evaluate operational performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Qualifications / Requirements Proven experience in operations management, preferably within an agency or similar environment. Familiarity with agency management systems such as Sagitta is a plus but not required. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities. A strategic mindset with a focus on process improvement and efficiency. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
