Why Join Us Competitive pay ($55-65/hour) W-2 employment with liability insurance included Healthcare benefits* + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses Mentorship and ongoing support from school-based professionals What You’ll Do Consult and implement positive behavior interventions and supports for the students Conduct functional behavior assessments Consult, communicate, and work cooperatively with teams to provide appropriate programming for students Implement positive behavior interventions and supports to support student progress, reinforcing positive behaviours, utilizing de-escalation techniques, and redirecting inappropriate behaviours May be required to use restrictive procedures What We’re Looking For Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Behaviour Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher, Social Worker, or School Psychologist license through PELSB (Tier 3 or 4) Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBAs) also accepted Previous experience working in the classroom setting is preferred Must pass background check and drug screening About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
