Behavior Specialist / BCBA, Psychologist – Plymouth, MN
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking multiple Behavior Specialists for school-based positions in the Plymouth, MN area. There are both full-year and leave coverage opportunities available for qualified behavioral professionals.
Position Details
3 openings
2 full-year positions
1 leave coverage position, with the possibility of an extended assignment
Opportunities within specialized education programs
Key Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral assessments and interpret results for families, school staff, and community providers
Support teachers, school psychologists, and social workers with Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Assist with Social Learning Profiles
Develop and maintain behavioral data collection systems
Review student data to evaluate intervention effectiveness
Recommend adjustments to behavioral plans based on student progress
Collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams
Qualifications
Advanced degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
Relevant behavioral experience required!
*Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training required
Candidates may qualify through one of the following backgrounds:
BCBA / Behavior Analyst
EBD Teacher with Behavior Specialist/Interventionist experience
ASD Teacher with Behavior Specialist/Interventionist experience
Appropriate Minnesota PELSB Special Education, School Social Worker, or School Psychologist license, OR
BCBA certification or currently working toward BCBA certification
