Job Description:
Addison Group is seeking a professional Facilities Coordinator to join our client's team in Cary, NC. This role serves as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, clients, and vendors, helping to create a welcoming, efficient, and well-maintained workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist employees, visitors, clients, and vendors while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Respond to workplace inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular floor walks and workplace inspections to ensure meeting rooms, office spaces, and common areas remain clean, organized, and functional.
- Identify, report, and follow up on facilities-related issues involving furniture, fixtures, equipment, and workplace technology.
- Coordinate and escort vendors as needed while ensuring compliance with company safety and security procedures.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, workplace communications, and wellbeing campaigns.
- Promote proper workplace behavior and usage of shared office spaces.
- Maintain workplace signage, notice boards, and communications to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
- Gather employee feedback and encourage participation in workplace satisfaction surveys.
- Collaborate with facilities management teams to support ongoing operational excellence and service delivery improvements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing, office coordination, facilities, hospitality, or workplace services role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
