Receptionist Office Administrator

We are a boutique Bookkeeping and Tax firm looking for a full-time, in-house Receptionist. Responsibilities Include: Answering phones, taking messages, and transferring calls Managing emails and file organization Ordering office supplies Accepting, scanning, and filing original tax documents from clients Handling USPS mail and certified/registered mail Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Able to quickly learn new software in a fast-paced environment Who You Are: Detail-oriented and highly organized — you double-check your work and ensure nothing falls through the cracks Empathetic and well-spoken — you connect with all kinds of people and make them feel safe, supported, and cared for Mission-driven and ethical — you take client service seriously, treat client data with the utmost care, and always prioritize data security Creative and solution-oriented — you proactively identify problems and bring solutions to your manager Attributes of a strong candidate include being friendly, outgoing, organized, and able to multi-task. We are open year-round and located in Euless, Texas. This is a full-time, in-office position. We are looking to fill this role promptly and will be scheduling interviews on a rolling basis.
