** Position Summary **

** The Family Law Attorney ** will manage and represent clients throughout all phases of Florida family law matters, providing effective advocacy, sound legal guidance, timely communication, and exceptional client service.

** Key Responsibilities **

• Manage an assigned caseload from initial consultation through final resolution.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and related legal documents.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials as needed.
• Maintain regular client communication and accurate case documentation.
• Collaborate with legal support staff and attorneys to develop and execute case strategies.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards, court deadlines, and firm expectations.

** Required Qualifications **

• Active and unrestricted membership with The Florida Bar.
• Experience handling family law litigation matters in Florida.
• Strong legal writing, negotiation, courtroom advocacy, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

** Preferred Qualifications **

• Three or more years of family law experience.
• Trial experience and knowledge of Florida family law procedures.
• Experience with legal case management software.
