Business Office Associate

Responsibilities Monitor the patient call‑back clinical phone line and notify the appropriate clinician regarding patient needs and issues. Make initial phone contacts with patients requiring clinical visits. Work closely with clinical staff to obtain required documentation in a timely manner, including DocuSign. Schedule appointments for clinical and virtual visits; create and close routes assigned to clinicians. Assist the clinical staff with patient follow‑up phone calls and complete the required clinical notes in the computer. Act as liaison between the customer service department and the clinical staff as appropriate. Assist patients with basic CPAP/VPAP troubleshooting. Direct patients to appropriate departments with concerns. Review compliance with patients and instruct them with guidelines to meet insurance compliance requirements. Perform other job‑related duties as requested by management, including special projects to identify areas of process improvement. Assist with in‑person translation (Spanish to English) for the clinical team during home visits to improve patient compliance and experience. Requirements High school diploma; college degree preferred. Previous education and/or work experience in the healthcare field preferred. Bilingual in Spanish and English.
