Source One is a staffing services company and we’re currently looking for the following individual to work as a consultant to an autonomous vehicle company in Foster City, CA. We are not able to work with third party companies for this role. Title: ServiceNow Developer (Contract) Pay Rate: $86.91 per hour Summary: Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join their IT Applications team in Foster City, CA. This role is responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting the ServiceNow platform with a strong focus on IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), integrations, Flow Designer, and the Automated Testing Framework (ATF). The ideal candidate is a collaborative, solution-oriented professional with extensive ServiceNow development experience and a passion for building scalable, high-quality enterprise solutions. You will work closely with platform owners, architects, IT administrators, and business stakeholders to improve platform functionality and support the organization's growing ServiceNow ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities. Design and implement solutions focused on IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM). Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems. Create and optimize workflows using Flow Designer. Develop automated tests using the Automated Testing Framework (ATF). Serve as the ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME) and promote development best practices. Collaborate with platform owners and architects to design scalable technical solutions. Gather business requirements and translate them into technical designs and workflows. Partner with IT Application Administrators to ensure platform performance, stability, and reliability. Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing operational support. Continuously improve ServiceNow functionality through process enhancements and automation. Stay current with new ServiceNow features, modules, and platform capabilities. Required Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience. Strong expertise with IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), ServiceNow Integrations, Flow Designer, Automated Testing Framework (ATF). ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification (required). Strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices. Experience designing scalable workflows and automation. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) or Software Asset Management (SAM) Certification. HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Certification. Experience leading technical discussions and facilitating stakeholder meetings. Experience improving enterprise ServiceNow platforms in large organizations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
