Director of Growth Marketing

We're looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to own the demand engine that fuels our pipeline and drives revenue growth, someone who's data-driven, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build something real, not just execute someone else's playbook. As the function grows, so will your team. This role is built for someone who has scaled a demand engine inside a B2B SaaS company, and wants ownership over the whole system, not just one channel. Responsibilities Demand Generation Build a repeatable, scalable pipeline engine across marketing channels Stand up AI-powered outbound motions Run integrated ABM strategies across digital and offline channels for high-value accounts Paid Media & Performance Marketing Own paid strategy and budget across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and relevant industry channels Forecast investment and defend spend against targets Set the experimentation agenda, evaluating new platforms and AI tools, and turn results into team-wide best practices Build a keyword and content strategy that compounds over time, structured so it ranks in search and gets cited by AI engines Own technical AEO fundamentals so AI platforms can accurately parse and cite our content Track success beyond clicks and rankings, including AI citations, brand mentions, and assisted conversions from LLM traffic Partner with content/creative to build assets and processes that perform across both search and AI-driven visibility Use performance data to shape creative strategy and raise asset quality across paid, organic, and AI-facing content Marketing Operations & Reporting Own full-funnel attribution and the measurement framework end to end Build performance and attribution dashboards Present performance, insights, and where-to-invest-next recommendations directly to senior leadership Partner with sales on ICP, lead quality, and feedback loops Lifecycle Marketing Own the nurture journey from awareness through demo to closed-won Build segmented, automated lifecycle programs that shorten time-to-close Conversion Rate Optimization Find where prospects drop off, on the site, in the funnel, in lifecycle campaigns Run structured A/B/multivariate tests on pages, ads, emails, and CTAs Team Building Structure the team as the function scales Build the processes and reporting standards that hold up as the team grows What We're Looking For 6+ years in marketing, with real time leading demand gen or performance marketing at a B2B SaaS company Proven track record building a demand engine from scratch Experience hiring and leading a growth marketing team Hands-on paid media expertise (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), fluent in CAC, LTV, ROAS Experience using AI tools to scale prospecting and content Strong SEO/AEO/content strategy chops Dashboard and attribution fluency (HubSpot, GA4, etc) Experience with lifecycle and ABM programs (digital + offline) A testing mindset, decisions driven by data, not opinion Comfortable presenting directly to senior leadership Dental, DSO, or SaaS experience is a strong plus A builder who wants to create systems and teams, not just run someone else's #J-18808-Ljbffr SOTA Cloud Corp.
