Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Bilingual Office Assistant to support multiple departments at our Sunland Park client location. This position is ideal for someone who communicates well, is comfortable using a computer, and can manage several responsibilities throughout the day.
Responsibilities:
- Make and receive business-related phone calls
- Enter accurate information and documentation into the company's CRM system
- Assist multiple departments with administrative and clerical tasks
- Organize information and manage changing priorities
- Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned
- Drive a company vehicle when needed
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Provide helpful and courteous service to customers and team members
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Valid driver's license
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized
- Dependable, professional, and attentive to detail
- Comfortable learning new systems and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to follow company dress and appearance standards, including covering visible tattoos and removing visible facial or other nontraditional piercings while working, subject to any legally required accommodations
This is a full-time, 37.5-hour-per-week opportunity with a consistent daytime schedule. We are looking for someone who is ready to contribute, learn, and become a dependable part of the team.
