Job Title: Purchasing Coordinator/ Buyer/ Office Systems & Supplies Specialist
Location: New York, NY
Contract Duration: 6-12 Months

Job Description
The Office Systems & Supplies Specialist will manage HRA program area projects by overseeing both the procurement of office supplies and the technical systems that track them. Under supervision, the employee will enter supply orders under established contracts, maintain accurate ledgers, and provide responsive customer service while simultaneously working on the design, implementation, and enhancement of software systems.
This role requires the technical ability to develop and modify database systems and create more efficient tracking tools. Beyond standard MS Office tasks, the employee will write complex queries and stored procedures to analyze supply data, ensure data retention, and document business processes.
