Build Experience Where Marketing Actually Happens We're looking for a Junior Marketing Associate to join our Austin team and support the delivery of customer-focused marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and brand activations. This is an early-career opportunity for someone who wants to understand marketing beyond the theory. You'll see how campaigns are prepared, how customers respond in real time, and how strong communication can turn attention into meaningful engagement. You don't need years of experience. We're looking for someone who's curious, professional, comfortable working with people, and ready to learn. Where You'll Get Involved You'll work alongside the wider marketing team across different stages of our campaigns. One day you may be preparing campaign materials and reviewing objectives with the team. Another could involve supporting a live activation, engaging with customers, or gathering feedback that helps shape the next campaign. Your responsibilities will include: Support the execution of marketing and promotional campaigns Represent brands professionally during customer-facing activities Communicate campaign messages and product information clearly Assist with promotional events and brand activations Prepare marketing materials, displays, and campaign resources Gather customer feedback and identify useful insights Track campaign activity and maintain accurate records Collaborate with colleagues on upcoming campaigns and initiatives What We're Looking For You could be a recent graduate, changing careers, or bringing transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, events, or sales.
