Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist residents with meals, snacks, and hydration, ensuring their dietary needs are met

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff

• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, enhancing their overall care experience
