What You’ll Do As a Commodity Manager, you will lead sourcing strategies and supplier relationships that directly impact our global operations. Key responsibilities include: Develop and execute regional and global sourcing strategies aligned with business goals Lead cost-reduction initiatives through negotiation, sourcing strategies, and process improvements Manage strategic sourcing activities including spend, market, and financial analysis Identify, evaluate, and manage key suppliers and long-term partnerships Negotiate complex supplier agreements and contracts Drive supplier performance, development, and continuous improvement initiatives Support product launches and innovation through supplier collaboration Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while ensuring continuity and performance Mentor and support development of sourcing team members What You Bring We’re looking for a results-driven leader who can balance strategy with execution. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field 8+ years of manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement Proven success developing sourcing strategies and delivering measurable cost savings Strong negotiation and contract management experience Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing complex projects Professional certification (CPM or similar) preferred Why Join SAF-HOLLAND?
