Project Controls Analyst (Bay Area)

Overview Jacobs is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to join its Project Management Team and oversee award‑winning projects in the San Ramon/Oakland/San Jose/Monterey area. Responsibilities Perform client management, interface, updates and presentations at all management levels. Partner with Project Managers to maintain complete awareness of project cost, risks, and provide mitigation strategies and opportunities. Monitor and communicate budget, actual status, and forecast costs/labor hours. Create client and internal status reports communicating schedule status and critical path. Build schedules from scratch coordinating with engineering, project management and construction teams; explain variances, delays and track contractor schedules. Develop and maintain productive cross‑discipline relationships within the project team. Qualifications 3-4 years of scheduling experience, proficient in P6 schedule analysis and reporting. Construction experience on complex projects $25M and above. Ability to build a schedule from scratch after coordinating with engineering, project management and construction teams. Ability to explain variances, delays and track contractor schedules. Cost Analysis and SAP experience is a bonus. Location Must be local to the San Ramon, Oakland, San Jose, or Monterey areas. Onsite travel to the office as needed. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $89,100 to $119,000.
