Human Resources Manager

Home Care Services is hiring a Human Resources Manager to support people operations in a fast-paced, multi-office home care environment in Lawrence, MA (onsite). This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and day-to-day employee management, with an emphasis on compliance, accurate HR operations, and programs that support retention and benefits. Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations and departments Partner with branch managers to clarify role needs and align hiring strategies Create, post, and manage job listings on platforms including Indeed and MyCNA Screen candidates, run pre-interviews, and coordinate hiring steps Build and maintain candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing methods Support and grow the employee referral program Lead the complete onboarding process for caregivers and administrative staff Ensure pre-employment requirements, background checks , and licensing are completed Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and applicable healthcare regulations Prepare and maintain accurate, compliant personnel files Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding communications Assist with employee relations , performance, and disciplinary matters Support employee review and performance management processes Oversee field staff communications including newsletters, updates, and benefit communications Track licensure, training requirements, and renewal timelines Enter and maintain employee data in HRIS systems Develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and forecasting hiring needs Support benefits programs aimed at improving recruitment and retention Stay current on industry trends and share hiring strategy insights Requirements 2–3 years of recruiting and onboarding experience (home care or healthcare preferred) Experience supporting multiple hiring managers and/or multiple locations Ability to translate job requirements into effective hiring strategies Hands-on experience with job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Tools & Technologies Indeed MyCNA LinkedIn Microsoft Office HRIS systems Pay & Benefits Salary: USD $60,000 - $77,000 per year (in person). 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Home Care Services
