Cashier Automotive Parts

aaa auto parts, a family-owned business located in Rosemount, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them find the auto parts they need and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and provide a welcoming atmosphere
• Assist customers in locating and selecting auto parts and products
• Look up and pull orders from warehouse accurately and efficiently (operate lift equipment as necessary)
• Answer customer questions and provide knowledgeable recommendations
• Process sales transactions and collect payment at the point of sale
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent customer service
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support store operations

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Ability to think critically and work with staff in various departments
• Proficiency in verbal and written English (bilingual skills are a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management
• Customer-focused with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
• Ability to multitask, stay attentive to customers, and adapt to business needs
• Team player with the ability to take initiative independently
• Demonstrates enthusiasm, professionalism, and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, move, reach, grab items, and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb ladders

Compensation

$18–$20 per hour
