Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with the Project Management team assisting with change orders, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors on fire sprinkler projects. You will be a key member on the project team ensuring field crews have their resources well planned and organized for installation efficiency. Additional responsibilities and growth within the project team and the company are limited only by your ability and motivation. Work alongside customers and members at all levels of the organization by providing top‑notch customer service. You will be challenged to excel beyond your expectations in a team‑oriented environment. Qualifications Post‑secondary education ideally in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred. Preferred candidates will have 1‑3+ years of experience, internship included. Candidates with industry experience in mechanical contracting and engineering are a plus. You must demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, show strong written and verbal communication skills, and execute tasks with great detail. Knowledge of estimating software and AutoCAD is a plus. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and thriving in a team environment is essential.
