Help Desk Technician

*Description* Our client is seeking Tier 1 Help Desk Technicians to join its Service Desk team supporting a fast-paced, highly technical environment. Candidates will support Windows-based systems, endpoint devices, user onboarding, access management, hardware troubleshooting, and desktop support. Successful candidates will have strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience supporting end users in enterprise environments. The team currently supports approximately 250-290 new tickets per week across user requests, access management, onboarding activities, hardware support, and desktop troubleshooting.
