Sr. Business Analyst

As a Sr. Business Analyst with 10 to 13 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Payments Product-Functional initiatives. You will leverage your expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. You will need to have knowledge and expertise in Zelle, ISO20022, EWS, ACH, Settlement, Rest APIs, Swagger, Data mapping.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for Payments Product-Functional projects
• Oversee the development and implementation of project plans using Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Provide detailed insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive project success
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to maintain project momentum
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones by closely monitoring progress and addressing any roadblocks
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of payment solutions to ensure they meet business requirements
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including user stories, use cases, and process flows
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution to ensure successful outcomes
• Engage with clients to gather feedback and incorporate it into project improvements
• Provide training and support to team members on Agile and Scrum best practices
• Monitor industry trends and advancements in payment technologies to keep our solutions competitive
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team collaboration and innovation

Qualifications:

• Possess a deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies with proven experience in leading projects
• Demonstrate expertise in Payments Product-Functional domain with a strong track record of successful project delivery
• Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges
• Showcase strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members
• Hold a Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Have a certification in Agile or Scrum, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP
• Display a proactive and results-oriented approach to project management
