What You'll Do

• Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of urological conditions
• Perform laparoscopic and minimally invasive procedures
• Collaborate with a team of experienced urologists and support staff
• Manage outpatient clinics and hospital consults
• Participate in on-call rotation (1:4)
• Use advanced robotic surgical systems, including da Vinci HD robots
• Document patient encounters effectively using Epic EHR
• Contribute to a top-tier facility's continued excellence in care
• Support medical students and residents in clinical education
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and community outreach

What You Need

Required:

• Michigan medical license
• Board Certified in Urology
• Proficiency in laparoscopic and general urology procedures
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• At least 3 years of clinical experience

Preferred:

• Leadership skills and experience
• Experience with robotic surgeries
• Excellent communication and clinical outcomes
