What You'll Do:

• Assist in high-risk deliveries and perform advanced neonatal procedures.
• Contribute to clinical decision-making, patient management, family education, and care planning.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and implement evidence-based practices.
• Work within a dynamic, supportive environment with opportunities for mentorship and leadership.
• Support pediatric subspecialty care, including surgery, cardiology, and neurology.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain high standards of neonatal care.

What You Need:

• NNP Board Certification (mandatory)
• Michigan Nurse Practitioner License or eligibility
• 2+ years of neonatal intensive care experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical skills, teamwork, and communication abilities
• Ability to perform in a high-pressure, high-acuity environment
