The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of accounts payable and general ledger accounting, contributing to the company’s financial operations and reporting.Responsibilities:• Manage the full cycle of accounts payable processes, including bill payments and expense report handling.• Reconcile vendor payments, identify discrepancies, and resolve payment issues efficiently.• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger to ensure accurate financial records.• Oversee month-end and year-end close procedures, ensuring timely and accurate completion.• Perform bank reconciliations and review monthly financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and general ledger.• Assist in the implementation of accounting systems to streamline processes and improve functionality.• Process and review employee expense reports using Ramp, ensuring compliance with company policies.• Support annual audits by preparing schedules, analyses, and necessary documentation.-Participate in annual audit including preparation of audit schedules, analyses, and support.-Review general ledger and perform monthly budget to variance analysis• Contribute to annual budget and forecast planning, as well as the preparation of financial reports.
