Human Resources Coordinator

Express Employment Professionals is now hiring a full-time Human Resources Coordinator in Bowling Green, KY for Day Shift - 7:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday. Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00; Depending on Experience. Interested candidates should have at least three years of working experience in a Human Resources role. The position is Evaluation Hire. Responsibilities of the Human Resources Coordinator Follows written and/or verbal instructions from Human Resources Manager and Management team. Provides excellent customer service to employees and contractors needing support from Human Resources. Supports health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations. Ensure accurate record-keeping. Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. Supports recruitment activities and processes. Supports human resource team with investigations. Leads plant communications and newsletters. Assists with processing of terminations and appropriate documentation. Assists with the preparation of the performance review process. Assists with recruitment and interview process. Supports training initiatives and ensures accuracy of training documents. Seeks opportunities for positive employee relations and engagement opportunities. Supports effective employee onboarding practices. Performs other related duties as assigned. Supports employee onboarding and training plan executions. Supports preparation of data and presentation. Other duties as directed Requirements of the Human Resources Coordinator Associate’s degree is required. Bachelor degree is preferred. Requires at least three years of working experience in a Human Resources role. SAP and Dayforce experience preferred. Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint). Must be able to operate various pieces of office equipment. Strong math, English and writing skills are required, as well as attention to detail. Must be able to effectively multi-task assignments. Attendance on the job is essential. Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills are required. Conflict management skills are required.
