Overview Job Title: Data Analyst Grade: 27 Salary: $49.93-$59.57 The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene is seeking a qualified candidate to fill an hourly Data Analyst position. This is a part-time (hourly) data analyst position to process functional and structural neuroimaging data and implement physics models of magnetic resonance effects. Duties and Responsibilities Data will consist of functional and structural MRI of human subjects as well as respiratory and cardiac data and analysis will consist of pre-processing (motion correction, spatial and temporal filtering, etc) and post-processing (general linear models of various cognitive and physiological processes, and functional connectivity). Analysis will use a variety of tools including FSL, Freesurfer, Matlab, Python, and AWS. In addition to data analysis, duties will include attending lab meetings and writing progress reports. Work can be hybrid to include remote login. Minimum Qualifications Master's in biomedical engineering, computer science, physics, computational neuroscience, or equivalent. At least four years of experience in programming using Matlab and/or Python are required. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with MRI reconstruction (k-space), general neuroimaging, DICOM, and statistical analysis are preferred.
