Job Description
Title: MRI Tech Coordinator/Lead

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training or education.
- Graduation from an approved School of Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
- Registered by ARRT in Radiologic Technology.
- Minimum of 5 years of MRI experience, with at least 1 year as a lead technologist.
- Current ARRT Registered Radiography.
- Current Radiologic Technologist licensure by the state licensing board.
- Certification in CPR/Basic Life Support.
- MRI Safety Officer Certification (preferred).

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Director of Imaging to support departmental operations, including staff meetings and training initiatives.
- Collaborate with research organizations to support research activities and ensure compliance.
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care focused on safety, comfort, and overall patient experience.
- Coordinate MRI-related events and assist in process improvement initiatives.
