Ultrasound Tech Supervisor - ARDMS
Join our dedicated imaging team as an Ultrasound Supervisor, where you will lead daily operations, ensure adherence to quality standards, and mentor a team of skilled sonographers. This full-time role offers a flexible MondayFriday schedule, with the option for 4x10 shifts and no on-call requirements, providing you with an outstanding work-life balance.
Ultrasound Supervisor Position Summary:
Ultrasound Supervisor Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of ultrasound experience.
- ARDMS certification is required.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ultrasound Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the imaging team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Oversee daily operations and workflow within the ultrasound department.
- Ensure compliance with imaging protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and train staff to foster excellence in patient care.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate necessary maintenance.
