What You'll Do:

• Perform safe, high-quality MRI procedures with precision and care under the supervision of the Imaging Director.
• Provide compassionate, professional support to patients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring a positive experience.
• Utilize your clinical expertise and critical thinking skills to evaluate, supervise, and manage patient procedures.
• Implement and promote MRI safety protocols to protect patients, staff, and colleagues.
• Support departmental operations with modality flexibility and a team-oriented approach.

Required Skills:

• ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology and Magnetic Resonance.
• Current Kansas Radiologic Technologist license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with imaging equipment and a thorough understanding of MRI safety standards.
• Certification in CPR/BLS.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with advanced MRI techniques or additional imaging modalities.
• Knowledge of hospital or clinical workflows.
• Bilingual abilities for better patient communication.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Graduation from an accredited School of Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
• Prior experience working in a hospital setting or similar fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work the 1st shift on a 12-hour schedule, 7a-7p.
• Ability to adapt to departmental needs and modality changes as required.
• Willingness to support a 24/7 team environment.
