Bookkeeper

Previous bookkeeping experience We are seeking an experienced, dependable bookkeeper to manage routine bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records. This flexible independent-contractor position may be performed remotely, in our office, or through a combination of both. Responsibilities may include Recording and accurately categorizing financial transactions Reconciling bank, credit card, and merchant-processing accounts Maintaining an accurate and current general ledger Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable Maintaining organized and secure digital financial records Communicating discrepancies, concerns, and outstanding items promptly Coordinating with company leadership, accountants, and other financial professionals as needed Completing other mutually agreed-upon bookkeeping tasks The scope of services may be updated in writing by mutual agreement. Preferred Qualifications Previous bookkeeping experience Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel Strong understanding of account reconciliation and general-ledger practices Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality Clear and timely communication Experience supporting a healthcare or mobile-service business is helpful but not required Position Details Part-time, independent-contractor position Flexible schedule Remote, in-office, or hybrid work arrangement Flexible work from home options available. #J-18808-Ljbffr Swallowing Diagnostics LLC
