DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST

Position: Data Entry Specialist Job Type: (Remote) Dayton Roger's Contract is a leading provider of construction and contracting services in the Dayton area. Our team is dedicated to excellence and we are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. Position Overview: As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our company's systems. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our project managers and other team members to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data. Key Responsibilities: - Enter data from various sources into our company's systems - Review and verify the accuracy of data entered - Identify and correct any errors or discrepancies in data - Maintain and update electronic and physical records as needed - Communicate with project managers and team members to ensure data is entered correctly and in a timely manner - Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed - Ensure confidentiality and security of all data - Other administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field - Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Construction industry experience is a plus Why Work for Us: At Dayton Roger's Contract, we value our employees and believe in providing a positive and supportive work environment.
