Join a thriving national law firm with 600+ attorneys across 10 offices. Located in Downtown Dallas What You’ll Be Doing: Processing monthly client billing for assigned attorneys. Auditing firm bills to ensure timeliness and accuracy. Preparing, proofreading, and modifying invoices as needed. Submitting invoices to e-billing sites and managing electronic billing setups. Coordinating with attorneys, clients, and secretaries on billing guidelines and inquiries. Assisting with rate approvals and modifications as necessary. Collaborating with firm management on year-end accounts receivable reviews.
