The assignment spans from early August through late October. Essential Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist credential issued by the state of Ohio
• Experience with K-5 students; exposure to preschool-aged children a plus
• Comfortable working with a broad spectrum of learning and behavioral disabilities
• Excellent communication skills with students, families, and educational teams
• Ability to adapt and manage a diverse caseload in a dynamic school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, consultation, and intervention services for K-5 students, plus some preschool involvement
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to create effective strategies and learning environments
• Participate in IEP meetings and assist with development of individualized plans
• Maintain detailed, confidential records and reports in compliance with regulations
• Serve as a resource for crisis management, student advocacy, and family engagement
