Hello Bilingual SLPs! Ampersand Therapy is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Longmont, CO. We provide many levels of support including 1-1 mentorship for new graduates and therapists new to working in the school based environment.

Position Details:
- Full Time - Starting August 2026
- 1.0 FTE, Monday-Friday schedule
Hello Bilingual SLPs! Ampersand Therapy is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Longmont, CO. We provide many levels of support including 1-1 mentorship for new graduates and therapists new to working in the school based environment.

- Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting
- Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
- Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Valid Colorado State SLP License (or ability to obtain)
- Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
- School experience preferred, not required
- Proficient with modern technology
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient with the Spanish and English languages
