Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand patients' mental health needs, followed by the creation of personalized treatment plans that employ solution-focused approaches.

• Provide psychotherapy using established therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adjusted to suit each patient’s unique preferences and situations.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to HIPAA standards and best practices in record-keeping.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, enhancing the overall patient care experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center serves individuals facing terminal illnesses and their families, addressing the mental health challenges that often accompany end-of-life care. You will work closely with those experiencing grief, adjustment disorders, and existential crises, providing them with the emotional support they need during difficult times.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy, ideally within a hospice or similar healthcare setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We value your hard work and commitment and offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, in addition to performance-based bonuses.
