J&R Consulting Group is expanding in Metro Detroit and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Sales & Account Representative .

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, early-career professionals, or individuals looking to build professional experience in sales, client relations, and business development .

You do not need years of experience to get started. We are looking for people who are confident, dependable, competitive, and excited to learn.

What You'll Do

Meet directly with business customers throughout the local market
Represent our clients and their products/services professionally
Build relationships with new and existing accounts
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Assist with new customer acquisition and account development
Track sales activity and customer interactions
Work alongside an energetic, goal-oriented team
Develop skills in sales, communication, leadership, and account management

Sales experience is helpful but not required. Experience in hospitality, retail, athletics, customer-facing positions, campus organizations, or other fast-paced environments can translate well into this role.
