As a Heat Treat Machine Operator, you will:
- Load parts onto the furnace belt per instructions.
- Organize and identify customer parts to avoid mix-ups.
- Maintain product flow and follow safety procedures.
- Report issues and ensure quality standards.
- Keep the workspace clean and organized.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 months of work experience (manufacturing preferred).
- Ability to read and follow instructions.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends.
- Basic computer skills and reliability.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a higher temperature environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in heat treating or metal finishing.
- Background in machining or assembly.
