About the Role Human Resources Manager – Auburn, CA Job Summary As the HR Manager, you will administer corporate policies and procedures as they relate to core HR services, processes, and programs. You will drive the recruitment process, facilitate training, salary administration, performance management, and career development across the Auburn site. Responsibilities Serve as HR point of contact and first line support for all HR functions within the Auburn site. Partner with HR Leadership and client group leaders to drive excellence and achieve organizational goals. Interpret and counsel stakeholders on policies, procedures, and programs related to the human resources of the company. Advise on employee relations practices to promote a positive employer‑employee relationship and high morale. Maintain fair and equal treatment of employees and motivate supervisors and managers accordingly. Collaborate with managers, supervisors, and employees to address and resolve employee relations issues. Diagnose problems and implement appropriate solutions. Lead education around the Anti‑Harassment and Anti‑Discrimination Policy Guidelines. Ensure HR practices align with business objectives, internal standards, and regulatory requirements. Drive the recruitment process: prepare job postings, place advertisements, coordinate with recruitment agencies, conduct interviews, background checks, and offer proposals. Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor or management. Qualifications Minimum 7+ years in HR Generalist/Business Partner work, with manufacturing experience required. Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices in a high‑growth environment, especially in employee retention, relations, needs assessment, and recognition/rewards. Experience partnering with senior leadership and providing constructive feedback. Strong multitasking, initiative, negotiation, and influence skills. Excellent customer service, leadership, verbal, and written communication skills. Outstanding analytical and decision‑making abilities. B.S. or B.A. required; degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or related field preferred. Eligibility: only U.S. Persons considered when Controlled Data or Information access is required. Preferred: PHR, SPHR, SHRM or equivalent certification; experience recruiting.
