Overview Clinical Research Coordinator opportunity at our client’s Jacksonville Westside research site. Schedule is Monday–Friday, typically 7 AM–4 PM, with some flexibility based on study needs. This specific Jacksonville Westside site serves a diverse patient population across both the city’s urban core and surrounding rural communities. The site is hosted within a large family practice setting and is known for strong patient recruitment, retention, and experienced investigator oversight. Position POSITION The Clinical Research Coordinator will support the successful execution of Phase I–IV clinical research trials while helping deliver an excellent patient experience. This role works closely with investigators, sponsors, CROs, site leadership, and study participants to ensure studies are conducted according to protocol, SOPs, FDA guidelines, and GCP standards. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of CRC experience, though our client has some flexibility depending on the candidate’s overall clinical research background. Phlebotomy experience is a plus, but it is not required, as there is a full-time lab technician onsite. Responsibilities Coordinate daily clinical trial activities, including study visits, documentation, and protocol-related procedures Obtain and document informed consent from study participants in accordance with study and regulatory requirements Complete accurate source documentation, e-source entry, and adverse event reporting Communicate with sponsors, CROs, investigators, and internal team members regarding study questions and updates Prepare for and participate in site initiation visits, monitoring visits, and other sponsor/CRO interactions Maintain study files, supplies, and study-specific materials in an organized and compliant manner Qualifications 2+ years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required Working knowledge of clinical research regulations, including ICH, FDA, GCP, and study protocol requirements Experience with e-source or electronic clinical research documentation platforms preferred Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-through Comfortable working with patients, investigators, sponsors, CROs, and cross-functional research teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
