The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and relationship builder who will have demonstrated experience leading within nonprofits, startups, or artist-centered organizations, as well as a passion for working with creative professionals and youth-centered missions.
What You'll Lead and Influence As an engaged and action-oriented CEO, you will lead from both the boardroom and the field—developing strategies, securing resources, and actively engaging in day-to-day operations. This role requires creativity, adaptability, and a balance of vision and execution as LTYC strengthens its foundation and expands its impact.
