This unique role perfectly blends hands-on outpatient care with clinical leadership. As our inaugural PT, you will help launch the clinic, establish best practices, and shape a collaborative, patient-first environment from the ground up. You’ll continue doing what you do best—treating patients—while having a direct voice in how our clinic is built, how care is delivered, and how the team develops.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Treat a diverse patient population across orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance therapies.

• Maintain a steadfast focus on clinical excellence, positive patient outcomes, and an exceptional care experience.

• Help establish day-to-day clinical standards, workflows, and operational best practices.

• Lead by example in professionalism, patient engagement, and mentorship for future team members.

• Partner with ownership on clinic growth initiatives, community outreach, and local referral relationships.

Required Skills

• Licensure: Valid (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia.

• Experience: 2+ years of clinical outpatient experience is preferred.

• Clinical Passion: A deep commitment to patient-centered, high-quality outpatient care.

• Leadership Drive: A strong interest in mentorship, team building, and long-term professional growth.
