Physical Therapist – A Better Fit for an Experienced PT

Looking for a PT Role With a Manageable Patient Schedule?

An orthopedic outpatient practice in Stephens City, VA has an opening for a full-time Physical Therapist.

You won’t be walking into an unusually high-volume schedule. The expected pace is about 1–2 patients per hour , giving you time to work through treatment without rushing every appointment.

Patients will come in with a mix of orthopedic injuries, post-operative needs, weakness, restricted movement, and pain that affects daily function. You’ll decide how to approach each case and move treatment forward based on what you see in the clinic.

Position Details

• Salary: $100,000–$110,000/year, based on experience
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
• Location: Stephens City, Virginia
• Work Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy

In This Role, You’ll

• Complete initial physical therapy assessments
• Treat common orthopedic injuries and post-surgical conditions
• Set functional goals with patients
• Choose exercises and interventions that match the diagnosis
• Progress activity as strength and movement improve
• Monitor pain, mobility, and overall response to treatment
• Provide home exercise guidance
• Keep clinical records accurate and up to date
• Decide when patients are ready for discharge or continued therapy

Requirements

• Active PT License
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or MSPT Degree
• Previous outpatient PT experience
