The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, allowing for a stable work-life balance.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including detailed reviews of medical history, assessments, and the interpretation of findings to develop tailored treatment plans.Engage patients and their families in conversations about evaluation results and treatment strategies, ensuring their involvement in goal-setting to foster better recovery outcomes.Implement evidence-based treatment protocols effectively, adapting approaches as the patient's condition changes and aligning with current healthcare practices.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a seamless continuum of care, recognizing and addressing any significant changes in patient conditions requiring modifications to treatment plans.Execute efficient discharge planning and follow-up processes, ensuring meticulous documentation of all patient interactions, including progress reports and discharge evaluations, to maintain clear records of care.Manage time effectively to meet productivity expectations while maintaining an accurate appointment schedule and being punctual for all commitments.Contribute to departmental goals and initiatives while adhering to regulatory standards and accreditation requirements, helping to ensure our center's ongoing excellence.Enhance patient experience and accessibility through flexible service delivery, actively participating in initiatives that remove barriers to care.Patient Population / Client FocusAs a Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist at our facility, you will primarily work with adult patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgical procedures, and various chronic conditions. You will assess and address their unique needs with personalized therapy plans that focus on enhancing their physical capabilities and overall wellness.QualificationsCompletion of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.A valid state license to practice physical therapy.American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification is mandatory.Preferred ExperienceA minimum of two years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting is required.Compensation and BenefitsThis Full-Time Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
