Physical Therapist Director We are hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Director for an outpatient clinic in Winchester, VA. Job Description This role is ideal for a physical therapist who values quality patient care, thoughtful treatment planning, and the opportunity to take on a leadership role in a growing clinic. You will provide one‑on‑one care, manage a varied outpatient caseload, and help patients make steady progress through hands‑on treatment, active rehab, and clear patient education. You will also help support the clinic’s growth by building trust with patients, referral sources, and the local community. Schedule Monday-Friday

9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Full-time, 40 hours per week Patient Volume Approximately 12 patient visits per 8-hour day at full caseload. Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one physical therapy care Evaluate and treat a varied outpatient caseload Create individualized treatment plans Treat athletes, children, adults, active patients, and medical referrals Use manual therapy, strengthening, mobility work, and patient education Perform techniques such as mobilization, manipulation, cupping, soft tissue work, instrument‑assisted massage, and dry needling when appropriate Document care accurately in Athena Health Help grow the clinic through strong patient care and local outreach Serve as the clinical leader for the location Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required Master’s degree preferred Active Physical Therapist license required Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred Strong hands‑on treatment and clinical reasoning skills Comfortable working independently Interest in manual therapy and active rehab Strong communication and patient care skills Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $100,000 to $110,000 per year Full‑time W2 position Profit share opportunity once the clinic becomes profitable Productivity bonus opportunity at 90% productivity Health insurance eligible after 60 days Three health insurance plan options Employer covers 50% of employee premium PTO begins upon hire Paid holidays plus one flex holiday $1,200 annual continuing education reimbursement Paid malpractice insurance 401(k) after 90 days with company match up to 3% Vision plan available at employee cost Athena Health EMR training provided Onboarding mentor, written manual, and training videos included #J-18808-Ljbffr Gotham Enterprises Ltd
