Working onsite in our outpatient office allows therapists to engage directly with patients in a comfortable, supportive environment. Our clinic features state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment, private treatment rooms, and open therapy spaces, offering a conducive atmosphere for therapy sessions. Your work schedule will typically run Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess individual needs and limitations, developing tailored treatment plans based on these findings.Implement effective treatment protocols while adapting strategies to fit the patient's evolving health status and personal goals.Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring clear communication of care plans through legible notes, interim progress summaries, and final evaluations.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary to enhance patient outcomes, actively recognizing and documenting any changes in a patient's condition.Utilize evidence-based practices and remain compliant with state and federal regulations to deliver high-quality care while maintaining a safe therapy environment.Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development to continuously enhance your knowledge and skills.Patient Population / Client FocusOur clinic primarily serves a diverse clientele including individuals recovering from surgical procedures, those facing chronic pain conditions, and patients aiming to enhance their overall physical functioning. Your expertise as a physical therapist will be crucial in guiding these patients through structured rehabilitation processes, ultimately contributing to improved functional abilities and quality of life.QualificationsA Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program.Current valid state license to practice physical therapy.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with patients and their families effectively.Preferred ExperienceAt least 2 years of experience in physical therapy, particularly in an outpatient setting.Experience with technological solutions and digital health applications is a plus.Current CPR certification to ensure safety and preparedness in the clinical environment.Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
