You will collaborate with a team of experienced professionals in a dynamic environment that encourages input and collective problem-solving.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations by reviewing patient histories, performing assessments, and documenting results to develop individualized treatment plans.Communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans effectively to patients and their families, ensuring collaboration in goal-setting to achieve desired outcomes.Implement treatment protocols with expertise, adapting approaches as necessary based on evaluation findings, patient progress, and changes in healthcare practices.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care, documenting any changes in patient conditions that require updates to the care plan.Manage discharge planning efficiently, ensuring seamless follow-up care while maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and progress.Demonstrate strong time management skills by maintaining high productivity levels while being punctual and engaged in scheduled meetings and community outreach activities.Contribute positively to departmental goals, complying with healthcare regulations and quality assurance standards.Seek ongoing professional development through continuing education opportunities, enhancing both personal growth and the capabilities of our clinic.Foster an excellent patient experience by promoting access to care and addressing barriers, actively involving yourself in site-specific initiatives.Patient Population / Client FocusYou will serve a diverse patient population, ranging from post-operative rehabilitation cases to those managing chronic pain and age-related mobility issues. Your tailored approach and ability to build rapport will play a crucial role in helping these patients achieve their rehabilitation goals, thereby improving their overall quality of life.QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.A high school diploma or GED.State licensure as a Physical Therapist, as required.Certification in BLS for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association is mandatory.While one year of experience is preferred, we welcome new graduates who meet the educational requirements.Preferred ExperienceExperience in an outpatient setting is advantageous. Any specialized training or certification in modalities like manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, or aquatic therapy will be considered a plus and beneficial for patient management in our clinic.Compensation and BenefitsThe annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and education.
