Physical Therapy Outpatient

Day shift, 4x10 hours (07:00 - 17:00).

Assignment Details

Guaranteed hours: 72 hours per 2 weeks. Traveler can be called off for 1, 8-hour shift per 2 weeks.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Experience in outpatient, acute care, and long-term care/specialized nursing facility settings.
• Pending license accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with established treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Please note that time off will be approved on an individual basis upon offer. Housing is provided for travelers during the assignment, with specific requirements for cleanliness upon departure.
