Controller

Our client, a family office owned, high-growth Charlotte-based national corporation, seeks to hire a Corporate Controller, reporting to the CFO. This hands‑on role, will drive accuracy and efficiency in accounting, implementing best accounting process and structure, including an ERP transition. The business is highly acquisitive, having purchased 7+ companies this year with plans to continue on this track for several years to come. Responsibilities Hands‑on responsibility for all areas of the daily accounting function including consolidation, timely reporting (management & BOD), analysis, reconciliations. Responsible for AP, AR, Payroll, recording transactions, adjustments and etc. Development and implementation of polices and procedures. Development of KPI to track business performance, maintain cash flow projection Maintain internal control policies for financial and tax reporting. Supervision of staff Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting. CPA preferred. 4+ years of accounting supervisory experience Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Ideally experience with ERP implementation #J-18808-Ljbffr
