What You'll Do: Content Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with fellow content marketers to develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with brand and market priorities. You'll maintain a detailed content calendar and define key themes that support our business goals. Content Creation & Management: Lead the creation of high‑quality content across various formats, including blogs, articles, eBooks, and more. Work closely with internal teams, writers, and subject matter experts to produce engaging and audience‑focused content. Demand & Lifecycle Content Enablement: Partner with Demand and Growth teams to create content tailored to different stages of the buyer's journey. Support marketing campaigns that engage our customers and drive growth. Distribution, Performance & Optimization: Innovate by repackaging and distributing content across channels. Collaborate with Digital Marketing and SEO teams to enhance content visibility and effectiveness, utilizing data to refine our strategies continuously. Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Leadership: Act as a content expert to guide various teams, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging. Advocate for content as a key driver of growth across marketing efforts. Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field. A minimum of 7 years of experience in content marketing or related roles. Proven ability to develop content strategies that deliver measurable results. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with adaptability to various formats and audiences. Strong understanding of digital content, SEO, and content distribution best practices. Experience working in B2B, SaaS, EdTech, or similar environments is preferred. Familiarity with content performance analytics and marketing automation tools. Basic design skills using Adobe or Canva and experience in video editing are a plus.
