Healthcare RecruiterThe Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting of qualified healthcare professionals for long-term contract positions. This role screens, interviews, and coordinates candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.Duties & Responsibilities:Recruit RNs, LPNs, CNAs, allied health, behavioral health, and healthcare support professionals.Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through placement.Screen candidates for experience, licenses/certifications, availability, shift preferences, and position requirements.Coordinate interviews, offers, and candidate follow-up.Partner with HR and Compliance to facilitate credentialing, background screening, and onboarding.Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity in the ATS.Develop pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill healthcare positions.Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers.Track recruiting metrics, placements, and time-to-fill.Participate in job fairs, recruiting events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent recruiting experience.1–3 years of recruiting experience; healthcare staffing experience preferred.Experience recruiting clinical or healthcare professionals preferred.Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and relationship-building skills.Experience with ATS platforms and online recruiting tools.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple positions and candidates.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume staffing environment.Equal Employment Opportunity:Talantage, LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination or harassment based on any characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
